Frequently Asked Questions
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. On monthly billing there is no commitment and you can stop at any time. An annual subscription runs to its term.
Do I pay more to add users?
No. Users are unlimited, and teams and permissions are included. The price depends on how many assets you track, not on how many people use them.
Are VGP and QR optional extras?
No. VGP due dates, inspections, certificates, QR codes and the public scan page are part of the subscription. There is no module to add and no option to unlock.
Can I import my existing fleet?
Yes. You import your existing file and we work with you to structure the data you need to get started. Standard import is included. A complex migration or a specific integration is quoted separately.
What happens beyond 2,000 assets?
Above 2,000 assets we prepare a quote matched to your fleet. Contact us to discuss it.
How does the trial work?
You get access to every feature for 30 days. No credit card is required to start. The rate that applies afterwards depends on the size of your fleet: the detailed rate card is on this page.
