The equipment goes out to the customer. The proof has to go with it.
TraviXO links every asset to its rentals, its movements, its documents and its compliance, from check-out to return. One chain, from depot to site.

Fleet
One record and one QR code per machine. You know what you have, where it is, and what can go out today.
Rental
Check-out and return, both scanned. Who had the machine, for what period, and the condition it came back in.
Compliance
The inspection due date is carried by the equipment, not by a spreadsheet row kept alongside it.
Proof
Documents, history and recorded condition stay attached to the machine. The answer exists before anyone asks for it.
A machine needs to leave this morning.
Before it leaves the depot, the machine has to go out with its instruction manual, its latest inspection report and its VGP history. That is what the arrêté du 1er mars 2004 requires.
You start looking:
- Last VGP date: in your system, a binder, or from memory
- The latest report: in a shared folder, an email, or a filing cabinet
- Confirmation that the report has no outstanding remarks
By the time you've gathered everything, the machine could already have been on its way.
If the documents were linked to the machine, the answer would be immediate. Not a search through a shared folder.
Your equipment is tracked. But across your systems, your folders, and your emails, nothing connects.
The chain breaks at every handover: that is where disputes, losses and compliance gaps come from.
Equipment gets lost between systems
Machines move between depots, sites, and clients. The trace is in one system, the contract in another, the last known status nowhere.
Audits stay manual and incomplete
Field counts, cross-referencing between files, gaps found too late. The process repeats every quarter.
VGP compliance is not under control
Certificates are in one place. Dates in another. Reminders are manual. Miss one inspection and you're exposed.
No single source of truth
Billing is in one system. Equipment tracking in another. Certificates in folders. Nothing is connected.
TraviXO does not replace your ERP.
Your ERP knows the contract and the billing. It does not usually know the condition the machine came back in, or where its latest inspection report is filed. TraviXO links the physical machine to its rentals, its movements, its documents and its compliance.
The rental: the moment the machine changes hands
Checkout to client
When equipment leaves the depot, a scan creates a timestamped event: who took it out, when, with what notes. No paperwork to dig up. The record already exists.
Return with recorded condition
On return, a second scan records the equipment condition, with notes and photos if needed. The difference between the condition it left in and the condition it came back in is documented as it is observed.
The machine's complete history
Every asset shows who had it, for what period, the condition it was returned in, and where its next due date stands.
How the chain builds up, scan by scan : equipment rental software
Compliance: an inspection falling due during a rental
This is the case spreadsheet tracking handles badly, because it requires joining two things kept separately: the inspection date and the machine's rental situation. TraviXO makes that connection and warns you early enough to arrange the return and schedule the inspection.
The due date follows the machine, including when the machine is no longer with you.
Proof: the gaps the chain surfaces
Expected return not scanned
A machine was due back last night and no return has been scanned. TraviXO alerts you the next morning.
Equipment missing after inventory
The depot inventory is done. Two assets are unaccounted for. TraviXO generates the list as a PDF and sends it to you automatically.
VGP expiring during an active rental
A machine whose VGP expires in 10 days is still at a client. The recall alert goes out immediately to arrange the return before the deadline.
Built for how you actually work
Construction equipment rental
Aerial platforms, forklifts, compressors, generators. Know which client each machine is assigned to, track inspection due dates for the equipment subject to them, and be warned before one falls due mid-rental.
Fleet spread across multiple depots
Equipment on 2 or 3 sites, with constant movement. Every scan creates a timestamped trace. An inventory surfaces the missing list as a PDF, sent automatically.
Taking over a scattered record
Your certificates are in one place, your dates in another, your history nowhere. Import your equipment list exactly as it is and TraviXO attaches the rest to the machine: due dates, reports, movements and history on one record.
Built for real operations
The equipment goes out. The proof goes with it.
